 A 19-year-old is dead after a Unicoi County crash that sent a vehicle in Buffalo Creek. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says that William Cade of Unicoi was traveling east on Unicoi Drive when the Toyota Camry he was driving ran off the right side of the road and hit a concrete bridge and the Camry landed on its top in the creek. When the deputies arrived on the scene, they attempted to reach the vehicle with a rope, but the rope broke and the car was swept away. Cade was the only person in the car and deputies suffered only minor injuries in the water.
