Seven employees who had tested positive for COVID-19 at a nursing home in Kingsport have now tested negative. The Holston Manor nursing home announced last week that seven of its employees tested positve, but after retesting them they have now all tested negative. The facility's Facebook page announced on Saturday that they expected a problem with the lab results and immediately had the employees retest and the negative results came back on Saturday morning. The employees though will be tested again before returning to work. No residents at the nursing home have tested positive for the virus.
