A man is in the hospital after a standoff in Pulaski County, Kentucky. Kentucky State Police spent several hours on Monday at a home on Smith Ridge Spur in Eubank during a standoff. Troopers were called to the location at around 10:30 a.m. after Pulaski County deputies reported a man firing at one of their cars. Before that a man had called in saying that another man had shot at him when he tried returning a lost dog to the home. The KSP's Special Response Team and Pulaski County deputies were all at the home for hours. The home belongs to Charlie Wilson, which is who police believe was the shooter. The Special Response Team fired shots hitting the man who was taken to the hospital and his condition is unknown at this time, but the injuries were non-life threatening. No deputies were injured in the standoff. KSP left the scene at around 9 p.m.
