AN INDIVIDUAL HAS BEEN CHARGED AFTER A PHOTO EMERGED OF A CHILD HANGING OUT A CAR WINDOW IN BRISTOL, TENNESSEE

One person has been charged in Bristol, Tennessee after photo emerges of a child hanging out of a car window. The photo that gained attention on social media showed a child partially hanging out of a car window along West State Street in Bristol. After discovering the photo, the Bristol Police Department launched an investigation. The police department monitors social media for things like this, but they say that it is better if witnesses call police to report the incident. The BPD confirms that an individual has been charged in connection with the picture, but they did not provide any further information about the case.
