A man was injured in an early morning shooting in Greeneville, Tennessee. The Greeneville Police Department reports that officers were called to the 300 block of Locust Street in reference to an aggravated assault early Friday morning. Officers found Michael Reese, of Greeneville, who said he had been shot, but he did not know who shot him. Reece told officers that he had came to the home to see his mother. He was taken to the Johnson City Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The GPD reports that no other credible statements were given and that the investigation is ongoing.
