![]() No injuries were reported in a Wednesday morning fire in Sullivan County. The Avoca Volunteer Fire Department reports that crews received a call about a fire in the 200 block of Muddy Creek Road at about 7 a.m. Wednesday. The homeowner was not home at the time of the fire, but two dogs were rescued from the fire. No injuries were reported, but the home's roof did receive heavy damage, which is where the fire is believed to have started. The Sullivan County Volunteer Fire Department and the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office also responded to the scene. Comments are closed.
