 Former J.I. Burton football and baseball coach passes away. Jimbo Adams died Monday at the age of 62. Adams had been battling several health issues over the past few years. He was the head football coach at Burton for 21 seasons, with 2018 being his last, after being an assistant for the previous 18 years. The Burton alum, class of 1979, also coached the baseball team for eight years.
