A Greeneville man has turned himself in after allegedly shooting at his sister and infant nephew. Oscar Del Valle Vasquez turned himself into Greeneville Police on Saturday after allegedly shooting at his sister, Desire, and her two-month-old son in a passing vehicle. According to a GPD report, Vazquez was in a Dodge Durango on Armitage Drive on Saturday at 7:13 p.m. when he passed his sister's Acura and then fired four shots at the car. His sister was accompanied by her infant son and her boyfriend. Vazquez turned himself in at around 9:30 Saturday night and surrendered the Glock 23 that he used, the gun and all four shell casings were placed into evidence. Vazquez now faces three charges of aggravated domestic assault and was transported to the Greene County Jail.
