![]() Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear unveiled the second phase of his plan to reopen the state's economy on Thursday. Phase 2 will begin on May 22 with restaurants at one-third capacity with outdoor seating not being limited as long as patrons can stay properly distanced. That does not include bars, which the Governor says that he hopes to reopen in July with limited groups of 50 people. The second phase will continue on June 1 with movie theaters and fitness centers reopening. Starting on June 11, public and private campgrounds may reopen and then on June 15 childcare services may continue and youth sports may also resume, provided they are low-touch and outdoors. Changes can be made to the phases if need be. Comments are closed.
