man accused of shooting a leslie county deputy has been moved from hospital to jail

23-year-old, William Mosley has been moved from the hospital to the jail after being arrested on Saturday for reportedly shooting Leslie County Deputy, Shane Wilson in the hand with a handgun. After the shooting, Kentucky State Police recovered several more guns at the scene and in Mosley's vehicle, one of which was reported stolen. According to authorities, He also gave police a false name when arrested. Two other suspects were arrested as well, Joseph Lawson and Tyler France, they remain in jail at this time. Mosley is facing charges of first-degree-assault of a police officer, first-degree wanton endangerment, receiving stolen property, and giving false information. His bond is set at $100,000.  Deputy Wilson is back home recovering from his injuries.
