![]() A man has been arrested after allegedly stealing a motorcycle in Bristol, Tennessee. The Bristol Police Department reports that officers were called by the East State Street Fire Station at around 1 a.m. Tuesday about a suspicious man pushing a motorcycle. Officers saw the suspect, 19-year-old Stephen Luttrell, near the First Presbyterian Church in the 700 block of Florida Avenue. Luttrell dropped the motorcycle and ran after officers tried to make contact. He was found inside the slide on the church's playground a short distance away. Luttrell was charged with vandalism, theft, and possession of burglary tools and was transported to the Sullivan County Jail. After the arrest, a resident on Valley Drive reported that a small dirt bike had been stolen from their home and Luttrell was seen on video stealing the bike, so he was also charged with burglary, criminal trespass, and theft.
