An intoxicated man allegedly passed out in a Johnson City apartment after breaking in. The Johnson City Police Department reports that Zachary Hughes, of 120 Luke Winters Road, was staying with a friend at 811 Briarcliff Road when he was asked to leave the apartment Monday night. Hughes then allegedly went to another unit at the complex, where officers found him "intoxicated and passed out." He also reportedly ate some of the resident's food. Hughes was arrested and charged with public intoxication and burglary and was taken to the Washington County Detention Center. He is being held on a $10,500 bond.
