A man was arrested in Johnson City after allegedly stabbing a victim multiple times. The Johnson City Police Department reports that witnesses saw 53-year-old Randy McIntosh throw another man's guitar in the street and then stabbed him multiple times with a pocket knife. Officers responded to the scene in the 200 block of East Main Street at 11:39 p.m. Monday. Upon arrival officers found McIntosh and the victim separated by witnesses when they arrived. The victim reportedly had a laceration across his nose and stab wounds to the chest and right shoulder. Witnesses told officers that after McIntosh threw the victim's guitar into the street, he then punched the victim after they began to argue, and then McIntosh pulled out a pocket knife and began to stab the victim multiple times. Officers subdued McIntosh and took the knife away from him. He was transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was placed on a $20,000 bond.
