MAN ARRESTED WITH WEAPON AT BRISTOL HOTEL BAR

Man arrested for displaying weapon atop the Bristol Hotel rooftop bar. The call came in Tuesday night in reference to a man acting strange, with what appeared to be a gun pointing it off the roof of the bar. Upon arrival, officers found 35-year-old Brendon Scarbrough, of Meadowview, Virginia, started to reach for the weapon, which was in his waistband, and told officers "Let's do this." Police were able to retrieve the weapon and place Scarbrough into custody. The weapon was an air pistol.
