 A Rocky Branch, Kentucky man has been arrested after a shooting in Clay County. The shooting happened at the junction of Highway 149 and South Highway 421 south of Manchester. Clay County deputies report that 41-year-old Terry Wagers drove to the 911 center in Manchester, told them he had shot someone, and gave them the gun as evidence. No further information on the shooting has been released.
