two people arrested in kentucky after child was found playing in dog poop

Two people are behind bars in Laurel County, Kentucky after authorities found a two-year-old playing in poop. The investigation began with a welfare complaint at the home. When authorities arrived at the scene, they found dog urine and feces deep as one inch in some places. The child was found with dog feces in its toes and playing with a bottle of bleach. 30-year-old Joey Ridener and 35-year-old Tammy Hammons were arrested on January 17th for first-degree criminal abuse, a class C felony punishable by 10 years or more in prison. The child was taken away by social services.
