Two residents at Waters of Johnson City die due to COVID-19. The facility reports that the death of two residents at the rehabilitation and nursing center have been attributed to COVID-19. There have been 44 residents at the Waters who have tested positive for COVID-19. There is a dedicated isolation wing for patients who have tested positive at the Waters. All staff and residents are tested weekly as the facility is in close communications with health officials at the local and state level.
