Drew Mullins Warned That State Agencies Are Concerned About The Town’s Failure To Meet Commitments For Upgrading Its Water And Wastewater Systems. Failure To Do So Could Result In Daily Fines Of Up To 32-Thousand Dollars Until Repairs Are Completed. Mullins Said They Need To Come Up With Four Million Dollars. Meanwhile, The Town Has Lost Four Full-Time Police Officers Within The Past Three Weeks. The Losses Leave Chief Tony Baker And Part-Time Officer And Former Town Attorney Tim McAfee In The Department.
