 Wise County awarded $500,000 for sewer line project. Congressman Morgan Griffith announced that the Appalachian Regional Commission has awarded another $500,000 to Wise County in order to build the Glamorgan sewer line. Another grant of $500,000 was given for the same project in 2020, so the county has now received $1 million for the sewer line. More than 13,500 feet of sewer line is planned for construction across the entire project with 44 households and 13 businesses being impacted by the expanded access.
