A woman has been charged after allegedly shooting a man in Bristol, Virginia last Thursday. The Bristol Police Department reports that officers were called to a home on Norfolk Avenue at 12:54 a.m. Thursday on reports of a man being shot. Upon arrival, officers found 39-year-old Ronald Butler inside the home with a gunshot wound to his shoulder and chin. Butler was transported to the Bristol Regional Medical Center. An investigation found that Butler was seated in his parked car in a parking lot at the Eastridge Apartment complex at 201 Eastridge Drive when he was approached by 30-year-old Breanna Fleenor. She threatened Butler with a handgun due to a previous altercation and then fired a shot. He received treatment for his non-life-threatening injuries. Fleenor was arrested on Tuesday in Bristol, Tennessee.
